GREEN BAY, Wisconsin – MECA & Technology Machine Inc. has hired Kelly Coles as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development, and Troy DeBauche as a manufacturing engineer.
Coles, who previously served in a similar capacity for C.A. Lawton Company in De Pere, Wisconsin, specializes in helping companies perform at optimal levels through continuous improvement and clarifying purpose.
Coles is vice president of the Wisconsin Manufacturers Extension Partnership (WMEP) and a doctoral candidate in organizational leadership at Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, a Master of Science degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.
DeBauche previously worked as an application engineer of universal joints and an SAP Power User for Altra Industrial Motion, Ameridrives Power Transmission in Green Bay.
