GREEN BAY, Wis. – MECA & Technology Machine Inc. has established itself as a leader in the design and production of custom sprockets for a variety of industries and applications, meeting customer demand for precise tolerances using a variety of materials.
“Customers rely on our team for custom sprockets outside of the mass production market,” explains Mike Karchinski, Vice President of Sales. “While steel and aluminum are the standard materials used in the manufacture of sprockets, we are able to provide customers with custom sprockets made from a variety of materials.”
Sprockets are toothed wheels designed to engage and move a flexible indented or perforated item. Sprockets differ from gears in that gears mesh with other gears to transmit movement.
