Associated Bank Corporate Offices Renovations
When the venerable Green Bay financial institution made the decision to return to its downtown roots, the company obtained the former Regency Center to set up shop. Associated Bank called on IEI General Contractors to serve as general contractor and handle the project management in remodeling the six-story building to meet the company’s needs.
IEI teams completed the interior demolition and performed the rough and finish carpentry work in transforming 112,000 square feet of space. The six-month project required working around the approximately seventy Associated Bank employees already onsite without disrupting daily operations.
