Commencement activities for 2022 were quickly approaching for Dyersburg State Community College in Tennessee when the president’s office contacted Medalcraft Mint with an urgent request. The institution’s new president, Dr. Scott Cook, needed a medallion in time for him to wear during ceremonies that were only a month ahead.

The new 4-inch brass medallion that Medalcraft produced for Dyersburg State Community College features an antique finish, with intricate image detail and lettering within the college’s seal that adorns the front face.
“We submitted a rendering of our college seal and only three days later Medalcraft sent us back a quote and a proof of the artwork,” Edith explains. “They jumped through hoops to get the medallion completed for us, and it arrived two days before commencement.”
