Titletown Manufacturing uses Mazak’s CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology for machining small metal parts within .0001 tolerance. The company has expertise in using a wide range of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, mild steel, plastic, hardened alloy and stainless steel up to RC 65.
“We have the ability to machine small metal parts down to one-quarter inch in diameter and one-half inch in length,” said Titletown Manufacturing co-owner Chris Fuss. “On the top end, we have the capability of producing custom parts for OEMs up to 19 inches in diameter and 80 inches in length.”
